The evening climaxed with a spectacular fireworks display to the music of the Snake Davis Band.

The Sunday Lunchtime family concert was introduced and conducted by Jonathan Butcher and entitled "Essentially Elephants".

Jonathan encouraged everyone to join in singing "When I see an elephant fly"

Our guest was Chris Jarvis from the BBC Children's channel Cbeebies.

The show was directed by Michael Vivian, with Peter Roberts as Musical Director, and Gerry Tebbutt as Choreographer. The set was designed by Colin Mayes.

As evening falls the lighting transports you to a fantasy land filled with Big Band Music!

The ladies of the French Court played by Karen Mullins, Carol Hunt, Dawn Martin and Lesley Saunders.

Our final show in this year's festival was Shakespeare's
"Loves Labour's Lost" directed by Margaret Hunter.

This production was performed in the intimate surroundings of the West Lawn.

The lighting designed by Bob Bustance adds an ethereal quality to moments of the play, as darkness falls.

One of the youngest members of the cast was Natasha Ward who played the page Moth.

Pip Rolls as Don Adriano de Armado, has a romantic encounter with Jaquenetta, played by Elizabeth Callow.

This year was the first time that Shakespeare had been played on the West Lawn, and it provided a new experience for both actors and audience, not to mention the challenges given to the technical team. However it was a rewarding time that gave a new dimension to the Polesden Experience.
