For your annual contribution of £25.00 we offer:
- advance information
- 2 free tickets per production
- acknowledgement of your support in the programme
- an opportunity to meet cast and creative team members
at the Friends’ party, held at Polesden Lacey
And, of course, the knowledge that you are sharing in the work and future of a unique theatre company.
PLS is not owned or managed by the National Trust – it is a separate and independent company with the tremendous privilege of performing every year at one of the South East’s key visitor attractions, which was also the home of another great playwright, Richard Sheridan.
Shakespeare, our national playwright and poet, fills theatres all year round all over the country, presented by a who’s who of directors, actors and theatre practitioners - and the PLS is part of this acclaimed heritage, giving both promising young people and older players the inestimable opportunity to perform Shakespeare’s plays. The value of working with his language, his stories, his powerful characters and his style of theatre is a lasting one for all concerned, and your support is a vital part of continuing that proud tradition.
We look forward to welcoming you as a Friend of the PLS, and at this year’s production.
Whatever you choose to do, we do hope you will come and enjoy this
year's enchanting play in the glorious surroundings of Polesden Lacey.
